I appreciated NOT getting the "slick, car salesman" approach from Sherri; instead, she listened, answered questions thoughtfully, and did not gloss over any concerns I had. She was straightforward and not afraid to talk shop. I must add, I did quite a bit of online research and Jimmy Britt Chevrolet also offered the best price for the vehicle I purchased in not only the state of GA, but neighboring states as well. In addition, the rest of management and sales folks were there to lend support. There was no "this is my sale" attitude- the entire Jimmy Britt team was helpful and attentive. Scott worked extra hard in seeing our paperwork through, and I also applaud the team for patiently doling out popcorn and finding ways to entertain my 3 little ones so we could finalize the sale. I also traded in my 2014 Ford Explorer, and the team was extra helpful in that aspect as well. I will be referring Sherri Chasm to everyone I can! I've been purchasing cars on my own since I was 19 years old, and as I near 45 years of age, I can say that this was the best car buying experience I have had to date! More
