Austin was a very polite and professional salesman and the finance dept was very eager to find a way to help me. The failed deal was simply based on the value of the vehicle and what I was willing to pay. Had we come to terms I would be driving the truck right now. Most places do not like taking no for an answer and will hound and harrass you as you walk out but I was treated with all due respect by the staff at Jimmy Britt. More

However, when we indicated we wanted to keep looking, our awesome salesman, Ben Hicks, came back with an amazing offer we couldn't refuse! Jimmy Britt service is the best - they really made us feel important and valued as customers. And I'm still amazed at the great deal they got us! Dont trust the sales manager My wife and I just bought an Infinity 2011 QX56 from Jimmy Britt. We wanted a "Fully loaded" qx56 and we were driving 5 hours one way to this dealersh My wife and I just bought an Infinity 2011 QX56 from Jimmy Britt. We wanted a "Fully loaded" qx56 and we were driving 5 hours one way to this dealership to get what we were told was fully loaded. We call ahead and ask for Justin, the sales manager, to verify that it had the technology package, touring and theatre packages. Justin had the sales person to call and confirm that it does have theses packages. Their website and the cars.com site also stated theses packages were present. After driving to the vehicle back to knoxville and to the Infinity dealership we found out the vehicle is missing the technology package. We also found the original deal sheet in the glove box that did not have the tech package. This package is worth $1250 according to Nada in todays money. I called the dealership and talked with Jeff the General Manager and Jeremy Parrish the owner and they said I could bring the vehicle backa nd cancel the deal for their mistake. I am not taking more of my time and money for a lie the sales manager told me. I think a dealership of this size could do more than just blow smoke. Do not go to this dealership expecting to be told the truth. If you do go be sure to verify that the vehicle is what you want. After the sale they are not going to help. On a side note our sales person was Sherri Chasm and she is amazing. She could only go from what Justin told her. Good luck if you choose to buy from this dealership. More

My husband travels extensively and I chose the Suburban for it's OnStar safety features, as well as the safety and size of the vehicle itself. I appreciated NOT getting the "slick, car salesman" approach from Sherri; instead, she listened, answered questions thoughtfully, and did not gloss over any concerns I had. She was straightforward and not afraid to talk shop. I must add, I did quite a bit of online research and Jimmy Britt Chevrolet also offered the best price for the vehicle I purchased in not only the state of GA, but neighboring states as well. In addition, the rest of management and sales folks were there to lend support. There was no "this is my sale" attitude- the entire Jimmy Britt team was helpful and attentive. Scott worked extra hard in seeing our paperwork through, and I also applaud the team for patiently doling out popcorn and finding ways to entertain my 3 little ones so we could finalize the sale. I also traded in my 2014 Ford Explorer, and the team was extra helpful in that aspect as well. I will be referring Sherri Chasm to everyone I can! I've been purchasing cars on my own since I was 19 years old, and as I near 45 years of age, I can say that this was the best car buying experience I have had to date! More
