We drove about 40 miles to get there and don't regret a mile. We were immediately greeted and put in Si Freeman's friendly and capable hands. There was no time wasted. We had 3 stock numbers (1 vehicle was still in-transit--disappointing), and Si immediately pulled the keys for the other two and let us test-drive them. As we drove, he pointed out features that we might not have noticed. He was very knowledgeable about both of the vehicles and about incentives that might apply. We decided on a 2017 Chevy Traverse. Car buying is never a fun process, but Si was very efficient and professional and got us on the road quickly. More

Patients, customer satisfaction and friendly atmosphere Fabian went far and beyond to make sure I could see what was offered. He sent me different videos of several SUVs. This is the MAIN reason I made sure I did business with him. He is so very patient and I did not feel rushed or pushed into a deal. I know I was a difficult case but Fabian assured me that he would not let me make a decision without being satisfied. I would recommend Jimmy Britt to anyone. I would suggest speaking with Fabian but I will also tell them be as patient as he is because there is a big demand for his service. If he is busy, he will not brush you off, he will introduce you to someone that is knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. My kids enjoyed the experience also. Some times we go through things in life that causes us to get depressed and want to give up but Fabian was sent into our lives to prove that there is an higher power that has the last word. My kids and I are blessed to have met such an angel. Fabian, his family and the Jimmy Britt family will forever be in my prayers. More
