Oil Change, tire rotation serice On %/4/2018, I carried my 2012 Buick Verano in for Service. Oil cange , tire rotation etc. as needed. Oil was changed, no sticker was placed on windshield to show when next change would be due. II was told that the tire tool to change tires was stripped, probably by the person who had replaced my front passenger-side with an off-brand tire in an emergency one evening after Jimmy Britt would have closed. I tried to get a Continental tire to match the other three but he could not supply me with one. The parts department told me they could use their master tool to rotate tires and would order me one and quoted me a price. They stated it would be in three days or so and they would call. Maybe, I misunderstood, but I thought they rotated the tires. After getting home I checked the tire pressure and it showed much less than when I took it over to them. The right passenger side tire showed only 31 lbs and when I looked at the tire physically, the tire was the off brand and had not been rotated. I want to think that I misunderstood about rotating the tires, but why was the pressure in all of them so much less, if they had not. I have never had any doubt but that I was getting the service I asked for and wanted, but have some questions about this visit. I will discuss this in person when I go back to pick up the tire tool.
