Disappointed Emails and calls everyday till they had my money and not one word since. I did not go to the dealership because it was too far for me to drive. There were many questions I could have used help with but had to ask for help elsewhere. Would have been nice to have had a call to see how I liked the car and were there any questions. Where is the missing CD? I purchased a new GMC truck and the CD player would not eject the only CD that was installed. Two other people from the service dept tried to eject th I purchased a new GMC truck and the CD player would not eject the only CD that was installed. Two other people from the service dept tried to eject the CD without success. I made an appointment and left the truck for a rech to remove the player and get numbers off the back and replace so that another can be ordered for a future reinstall. I never received a call from the dealer after the truck was finished even though they said they would call. I called at closing time and was told that the CD player was disassembled and there was no CD in the unit. When I picked it up it was working, but no CD! More
