Excellent new cary buying experience with Simo I normally dread buying a new car and this time was actually worse, as my beloved 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen was part of the diesel buyback program. I loved my TDI and didn't want to buy a new car but Simo made the process painless. I had loved my former salesman when I bought my first Jetta at Wynn in 2013 and was dismayed to learn that he was no longer at the dealership. Simo turned out to be just as excellent as my first salesman. Simo spent over an hour inside the car with me, teaching me all the bells and whistles and making sure I was comfortable and competent in my vehicle. I love my 2017 Jetta SEL and will return to Wynn for future vehicle purchases. More
