Faulty Tires Purchased new 2017 GTI Golf in August, 2017. Car was delivered with Hankook tires, two of which have hard spots and need replacement. I called Hankoo Purchased new 2017 GTI Golf in August, 2017. Car was delivered with Hankook tires, two of which have hard spots and need replacement. I called Hankook, who told me the dealer was responsible - aftrer Wynn VW had told me to call Hankook. VW of America rejected my claim. I feel the Service Manager did what he could but Wynn or VW should have replaced tires or assisted me in calling Hankook. More
