Great people, great prices, and a great selection of cars I just happened to be down the street from Jim Wynn Volkswagen, checking out a car, for my daughter, at a used car lot. I had called them about it the I just happened to be down the street from Jim Wynn Volkswagen, checking out a car, for my daughter, at a used car lot. I had called them about it the night before to make sure they knew we were coming to look at it, because they are over an hour and a half away from my house, but when we got there, the car was gone, I asked the sales man where the car was, and he said it wasn’t running right this morning, so they had to send it to the shop, but not to worry because they’d be done with it shortly.🙄😡 We decided to go grab lunch just to burn some time and decide what we should do, but to be honest, the whole ordeal had put a bad taste in my mouth... Then our luck started to turn around, we just happened to be driving past Jim Wynn’s on our way to go get lunch, and my daughter saw a 2008 Chevy Cobalt, sitting out front, that she liked, so we pulled in to check it out. We had a few minutes to ourselves to check the car out and look everything over, just as we were finishing up, a very polite sales person, named Kel, came out to greet us, and introduce himself. He asked us if he could help with anything and I said I’d like to test drive the Cobalt. He brought us inside to get some paperwork and a tag for the car, offered us free sodas, tea, and coffee, while he was running around getting everything together, and when we walked back out front Kel had the car sitting there, already running, and ready to go with a dealer tag on it... Everything went really smooth and we did buy the car from Jim Wynn’s. Kel, the salesman, and Rob, the finance manager, made what’s normally a huge hassle that sucks the life out of you, such an enjoyable experience, that I actually had a smile on my face as we walked out. I felt like I got my daughter a good deal on the car she wanted, and when it was all said and done, we were out the door and heading home within an hour of us pulling back into the dealership from our test drive. Rob from finance was also an absolute pleasure to deal with, and he was another huge part of getting us in and out so quickly... If I had an extra thumb, I’d definitely give this dealership and the sales department 3 thumbs up...lol... 👍👍👍 More

He listened to what I wanted and was so incredibly knowledable on not only my Tiguan but all VW. I really could not recommend him and Wynn as a whole.
