Great sales team! I’ve been in the market for a new SUV and decided to check out the redesigned Tiguan at Wynn Volkswagen. I was instantly introduced to Kel, my salespe I’ve been in the market for a new SUV and decided to check out the redesigned Tiguan at Wynn Volkswagen. I was instantly introduced to Kel, my salesperson. I started by looking at the top of the line R-Line trimmed model. After asking what my budget was, instead of trying to hard sell me on the R-Line which would come with the higher monthly payment, he started searching their inventory for something more within my price range. I thought this was great because it made me a lot more comfortable with making a better choice for me and my monthly budget. After talking a bit, we took out A Tiguan for a test drive. Kel was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger since I had a few other vehicles in mind I wanted to check out from other manufacturers. So we talked for a minute and left it at that. We didn’t discuss any numbers and again, didn’t try to hard sell me on the vehicle. After testing a few other vehicles I got back in touch and we moved forward with prices etc. I then met Rob in the sales department who was very nice and worked with me to get my payment even lower than I was anticipating. I then decided to move forward and picked my car up the next day. When I picked up the car, Kel walked me through all of the tech features in the car a second time (there’s a lot!) before I left the dealership. It was a great experience and I love my new car! More

Unfortunately, the check engine light came on as soon as I got it home and the car started to drive terribly. I was disappointed and upset to say the least. I sent Kel a couple of distress emails and expected that I might have a major hassle on my hands. I was wrong. Kel called me at 9:11 am on Monday morning and was very concerned - he had me bring the car right in. I did and Mark Svenkeson took a look at it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. No charge! Wow!! This is a company that stands behind their products. This is what a dealership should be. More

I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn! More
