Easiest Car Buying Process EVER! I work for CHOP and don't have a lot of time to shop, let alone shop for a new vehicle. I was back and forth about buying a car for many reasons, but I work for CHOP and don't have a lot of time to shop, let alone shop for a new vehicle. I was back and forth about buying a car for many reasons, but mostly because I never bought a car in my life. I was very fortunate to have Matt Durkin as my sales rep. I told Matt what I wanted in my car and what my price range was. Not only did he find me the car with everything I wanted, he made the buying process one of the easiest processes I have ever done. Jim Wynn is located in Norristown, Pa and I work in Phildaelphia, Pa. Matt took the time to message me the best way he could reach me, through Facebook Messenger. He sent me all the specs of the car while explaning everything about it. When I told him, that was what I wanted, he got to work on getting the car I wanted, in my price range. He sent me the application through facebook messenger, where I filled it out and sent it back. He kept me updated on everything little thing. He even went above and beyond by recommending an insurance company that would be affordable for the insurance I needed. Again, keep in mind, this was all done over Facebook Messanger and for more secure documents, personal email. He got the deal done in almost 5 hours. He set up a time that would work for me to come pick up my vehicle and sign the papers since I couldn't do that over the internet. I am sure if I could sign over the internet, Matt would have gotten it done. I am the proud owner of a Volkswagon Passat and couldn't be happier. Matt took all my fears away and worked with me when I was getting nervous about such a big purchase.
