Really Smooth Experience & Very Accommodating VW Dealership I worked primarily with Matt Durkin, but I was greeted by Robert Venella. I was able to test drive 2 cars: An 2019 R-Line and and a 2019 VW Jetta. I worked primarily with Matt Durkin, but I was greeted by Robert Venella. I was able to test drive 2 cars: An 2019 R-Line and and a 2019 VW Jetta. I ultimately purchased the new 2019 VW Jetta in a metallic blue. I love this car, and it is absolutely the right fit for me. Matt was really able to listen to the feedback I was providing, and honestly found the perfectly matched car for me. I came in thinking I was going to purchase one type of car, and walked away purchasing the right type of car. Every question I asked, Matt was really knowledgeable and was always able to provide me more context about how I could use certain features within the car, or things or circumstances I should be aware of when using the car. Trust and believe - I AM that annoying customer who asks one question after another - and Matt answered them all with no problem. I spent the full 8 hour day at the dealership starting at 10:00AM EST, but it's because I knew I was going to be a slow transaction - not because the staff was slacking in any way. I had a million questions, and came prepared to purchase a car. For this transaction, my company also had a company perk where I was able to get $500 off the car due to a the VW Partner Program we had with them. Matt was easily able to accommodate this certificate as well. If you are looking for a new car - I cannot highly recommend enough coming to this dealership. It was a really pleasant experience, I enjoyed the modern feel of the dealership, and the staff all around were really nice to work with and engage with.
