Horrible Service - Buyer beware I am really disappointed. I have only owned my Jetta for 9 months and have had issue after issue. To compound the fact that this car exemplifies very I am really disappointed. I have only owned my Jetta for 9 months and have had issue after issue. To compound the fact that this car exemplifies very poor quality and has been nothing but problems, the car has also repeatedly not been appropriately diagnosed which has led to the car wastefully traveling back and forth to this dealership. The car has traveled repeatedly back and forth from the dealership both in between repairs as we waited for "issues to recreate" and subsequently as experimental repairs were done that did not repair the car. Every time the car traveled over 30 miles were added to the car. This doesn't include all the times the vehicle had to be test driven and taken home at night as the dealer worked to determine the problems. Most recently, the car has been having this same issue since it was first presented to Wynn late fall 2019 and now by 40 miles I am being put up against a wall with a repair that is not be covered, by 40 miles... would the car have been appropriately diagnosed before this repair would be covered by CPO. I do not think it is appropriate or fair that I have to bear the cost of this problem when the dealership's service department has contributed to this situation. I have tried repeatedly to amicably reach a resolution, but instead have been shocked by level of disregard of the dealer. Wynn will not stand by its own product, their errors, contributions to the problems and own their wrongdoing. Just hope this review helps another buyer make an informed decision before purchasing anything CPO from here or from having it serviced here. More

Kel’s customer service was impeccable! I have leased several cars and this was the best experience I have ever had! I stopped in in the morning for a quick test drive and found a car I really liked. I h several cars and this was the best experience I have ever had! I stopped in in the morning for a quick test drive and found a car I really liked. I had to leave to pick up one of my kids from school. By the time I was able to come back he had taken care of every detail for me. I basically signed the papers got a quick tutorial and I was on with my new VW. Thank you Kel for saving me so much of my precious time and most of all for your excellent service!
