I purchased a 2020 Passat from Jim Wynn Volkswagen, with Simo Chaoui as the sales consultant. I have to say, Simo makes the car buying process a pleasure. This is entirely different from the way it used to be with other dealers, when one dreaded going into the showroom. The Jim Wynn prices seem very fair to me, and the whole focus of the organization is to keep the customer satisfied throughout the entire time one owns the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Simo to anybody in need of a new car, and Volkswagen is an excellent choice both for style and reliability. The process was very quick and painless, Simo knew a very nice route to showcase the GTI I was interested in, the test drive sold me on the vehicle to the point that I didn't even have to cross shop my other nice route to showcase the GTI I was interested in, the test drive sold me on the vehicle to the point that I didn't even have to cross shop my other options.
