I went to Jim Wynn for a 2011 Golf TDI and I had a great experience. I worked with Ben Cook throughout the entire process, who was very friendly. When I was ready to make a deal, they matched the price I was looking for on the car without any hassle. They worked to find the right car with the right options in the right color and get it to me as soon as possible, and they managed to get it for me on Monday after buying the car on Saturday. There was no pressure to add any additional options beyond what I was looking for. Ben worked with me to find the best possible loan for me, and after agreeing to one rate, when I came in for signing a couple hours later they had found me an even better rate, which was awesome. The final signing was great. There was little pressure to add on any of the extended warranties or protection packages. She too worked with me to arrive at, what I beleive to be, a good price for my extended warranty and "GAP" insurance. My dad, a former car salesman, accompanied me during my dealings with the dealership and he could not agree more that the service there was exceptional.
