I paid a regular visit to my dealership to get my brake pads changed when I was asked if I had any additional comments/concerns before the service would get done. I brought up an issue I was having with my pads changed when I was asked if I had any additional comments/concerns before the service would get done. I brought up an issue I was having with my driver side seat bracket making strange noises. Brandon took my concern seriously and made it a point to have it looked at during the service. After the inspection he got back to me promptly and noted that he would have the seat bracket replaced despite my car being a few miles over the factory warranty, due to the unusual nature of the problem. A loaner car was offered to me and the service was done professionally and promptly on a future scheduled date. It's this type of business ethic and integrity that makes me happy to do continued business with Jim Wynn Volkswagen. It's extremely rare to get this kind of service in these economic times where businesses are hurting financially, and I'm very grateful to have chosen a dealership that treats its customers like humans instead of numbers.
