They had the exact two cars I wanted in their pre-owned inventory. Both my Passat and Volvo s60 are so awesome. The entire staff bent over backwards to make me and my daughter happy. Also, free loaner when we get service. Entire showroom and service area is spotless. I like that Wynn is a full service dealership with New VW, and VOLVO and the capability to do good trade in values because of their used car division. I do not give this review lightly. A handwritten note and follow up phone call after the purchase of your auto make a big difference. The sale does not end when you drive off the lot. I liked doing business with Wynn so much I've purchased two autos from them. The second time around was just as good, if not BETTER than the first. They made my life easy, not hard- which is what a dealership should do. This is a family run dealership, who understands good, genuine customer relationships. I've owned 4 VWs, and gotten the last 2 from Wynn. This is by far the best VW dealership around--in fact, I'd say they are the BEST OVERALL dealership around. Overall, I spent probably a total of 6 hours at this dealership buying 2 cars.
