Trade-in was fair, new vehicle price was open book and the whole experience was perfect. Kristy, who handled the paperwork end of things, was similarly professional, very well organized and very helpful with offering the normal additional services, but again not hard selling them. We had a good open dialogue about the cost/benefit of each service and landed on the ones that made sense for me, not at all the typical attempt to package everything up and sell you a bunch of stuff you may not need or ever even use.
