I recently bought a 2010 Mazdaspeed3 from Wynn VW. The car was priced way under suggested retail price for KBB and Edmunds. Ben had the car ready for me upon arrival, I test drove it, loved it, and bought it. Ben was very helpful and friendly through the whole process... from providing drinks to working with my chatty insurance rep. I highly recommend him and this dealer from the level of service I received, and I will go back for my lifetime inspection and emissions checks. Thanks! More

I ended up at this dealer mainly because it is the closest VW dealership to my house but also because I had gone to another manufacturers dealer and rather than trying to provide me what I was looking for, they tried to sell me what they thought was best for me. Josh listened to what interested me and then found me that exact car. I did ultimately intend on buying a VW, but I did not intend to do it that same day....my experience was so pleasant that I ended up just purchasing the car right then and there...that's how comfortable I was in their dealership. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I had contacted him a few weeks ago to discuss my end-of-lease options and within two weeks, I drove away in a 2012 Passat. I couldn't be happier with my new car or with my experience at Jim Wynn VW. I had puchased a number of cars from this dealer until the early 1990's, but moved to the Toyota brand untli this 2012 Passat purchase. Ben Cook, our sales representative, was outgoing and knowlegeable and it was the most satisfying transaction of my decades of car purchasing and leasing, probably three dozen vehicles. The delivery and paperwork process was seemless and Ben's help in setting up the electronics was appreciated. The car is a joy to drive and I have been getting many compliments on the opera red color. To sum up, the "Why" is that the car is a great product and our experience with the sales representative was beyond anything that I had experienced before. I've read a lot of positive feedback and I didn't experience anything but disrespect while at the dealership. There rude and only worried about what there making from the deal. I went to Wynn Volkswagen to purchase my first brand new car. I had done my research and knew that I wanted to trade my ten year old Ford in for a new VW '12 Jetta SE 2.5. Upon arriving, Simo Chaoui made the entire experience extremely easy and made me feel welcome and as if I was the only customer at the dealer that day. I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived and was able to locate the exact model and color I wanted on the lot. During the test drive, Simo was extremely knowledgeable of the cars features and design ques, bringing some things to attention that I had not noticed but now love in my new car. When it came to negotiations, it was extremely easy and stress free. Simo was able to get me the price I wanted with the financing rate that worked great for me. Upon arrival to pick up my new car the next day, Simo and the Wynn team were awesome to work with, making the paperwork easy and quick. Simo also was excellent at showing me everything about my car inside and out and to also help me get acclimated with all the new features I now have. He answered all my questions and made sure I was not driving away with any confusion or questions left unanswered.
