I got a great deal on a 2012 CC with all the options I wanted. Zero percent financing and no pressure to buy unneeded dealer add-ons (such as fabric protectant and paint sealant) closed the deal for me. I've only had the car back in for service one time (standard courtesy check and oil change), so I can't rate the quality of the service department too extensively, but that experience was also a good one.
