Then a few weeks later, after I brought it back in for an oil change, there were significant other repairs it needed, as I was getting close to 100k miles. I expressed my concerns about the repair costs and the fact that my commute to work increased and they had me meet with Josh, on their sales team, regarding what my options were. After letting me explain exactly what I was (and was not) looking for, he helped me figure out what worked best for me. I now lease a new Jetta! As a result, I don't have to worry much about the maintenance and more importantly...don't have to pay too much for it either. Thanks for the surprisingly pleasant experience and changing my perspective about car salesmen, Josh!! More

For four and a half years Brandon Beck and his fine tuned team have taken expert care of my lovely car and of me, as I know nothing about cars and car trouble makes me break out in hives. The service team is always so responsive and the few little concerns that I have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. This is our 8th car we have purchased from the Wynn group. Given how well we have been treated in the past and the care and honesty exhibited by all of the staff at the Wynn dealership we would never c group. Given how well we have been treated in the past and the care and honesty exhibited by all of the staff at the Wynn dealership we would never consider buying or leasing a vehicle any where else. Trust is not something you buy or give away, it must be earned. The staff at the Wynn Group have more than earned our trust. I went to Wynn Volkswagen to purchase a used 2007 GTI because very few dealerships in the area had the specific car I was looking for. I thought the sticker price at $13,000 was somewhat high considering because very few dealerships in the area had the specific car I was looking for. I thought the sticker price at $13,000 was somewhat high considering the car had over 70,000 miles on it, but I was crunched for time as my previous VW lease was ending in a matter of days (this is my own fault). They were not willing to negotiate on the price. They quoted my 2010 Jetta trade-in (in near perfect condition) WAY below kelly blue book value and also would not budge on that either. So after giving them a quality trade and $2,000 down, what I paid in the end was still closer to full sticker price. With a clean car fax record and no visible damage, I did not expect to have any problems with the car. Come to find just a mere 30 days after purchase that the check engine light comes on, and Wynn wants to charge me over $100 just to LOOK at it. Even with a 90 day limited warranty on the engine, they would not even attempt to satisfy a new customer. I wasn't asking for a free repair -- just a diagnosis, as the car was so recently purchased and should not be having issues. Furthermore, I called the next closest VW dealer to get a quote on a diagnosis and it was almost half the price of the quote Wynn gave me. Mac and Jim were very nice and diligent in their efforts and in keeping in touch with me, which is the only positive experience from my purchase. From what I can tell, this dealership is not a safe bet for buying used unless you're buying a full warranty. If you have the opportunity to shop around, don't make the same mistake I did. More
