Internet Sale handled by Mac McArthur I bought a used Audi TT from Mac at Jim Wynn VW, and it was better experience than if I had purchased a vehicle from my home town. I am from Ohio so I bought a used Audi TT from Mac at Jim Wynn VW, and it was better experience than if I had purchased a vehicle from my home town. I am from Ohio so I could only go by what Mac told me about the car, and from pictures. I was looking for a low mileage TT that was babied. I was about to buy another TT from a different dealer when I called Mac. Their Audi was 3 years newer, but it was priced a little above what I was able to pay. Mac really wanted my business and worked for me with his manager to get the price closer to my expectations. I actually ended up getting a great discount and buying the car well below the Kelly Blue book value. There was a little confusion about a warranty. It was supposed to come with one, but the car was too old for it - so it didn't qualify. He was honest and direct with me about it, and offered to cover part of the cost of a discounted 3rd party warranty. I chose not to take the warranty. Mac surprised me by cutting $200 more dollars off the price of the Audi, because they had factored the cost into the sale. I was expecting to pay the amount upon which we had agreed. Mac could have kept the additional funds to increase the profit, but he is super honest and reduced the price once again. It is so refreshing to find a dealer you can really trust with your money. I ended up arriving in Norristown without having seen the car, and it was exactly as described. There were no problems with the car, and I love it. It was babied by the previous owner and it drives tight like a new car; without an rattles even. Mac will definitely take car of you! More

This was my first purchase of a car, I was a little apprehensive going to a dealership from all the negative things you hear from news, social networks, and all other media outlets. To my surprise, this was simply the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Everything about my purchase was 100% professional by Wynn. And speaking about professional, Steve Pion is the best! I was coming from the city and of course didn't have a car, so Steve picked me up from the Norristown Transportation Center, was extremely knowledgeable about the VW product, and wrote a great handwritten thank you note to me after the whole process was over, something you don't get that often in today's fast paced society. Three weeks after I purchased my car the front headlight went out, this could have been from wear and tear with the preowned car and Wynn could have charged me but needless to say the light was taken care of due to the awesome efforts of Steve and my car was even washed after it came out of the shop. Topnotch business! I will be buying all my cars in the future at Wynn and from Steve. They are the best and extremely fair priced! More
