Although I was happy with the service rendered on my vehicle it took 4 weeks to complete the process. That is entirely too long to wait. Everyone was and is very friendly. I'm sorry to learn John McDonald is gone! My service was very quick (regular maint). I was very disappointed the my drivers seat was completely moved from where I had John McDonald is gone! My service was very quick (regular maint). I had to go through the whole settings process to get it back to where I want it. I don't appreciate it being changed and not being put back as it was. Then a week later I returned because if a clicking sound in the front. This was addressed immediately. . I have never had a problem with this dealership, just a small frustration with the adjustments. More
