Terrible service absolutely no help and cost me hours of my time and my money. I had to take at least 10 phone calls with them while I was working to try to resolve the issue just for my time to be complet my time and my money. I Will never come back again and will tell the same to everyone I know. I wasted two trips 35 min to the dealership and had to barrow a vehicle and get a ride back multiple times for them not to want to perform my SAFETY recall and another Toyota dealership did it with 0 issues. Absolutely awful experience. I’m a mechanic myself and they tried to get me to buy parts I didn’t need and when I asked why I needed new parts they told me they were unable to perform my recall at all. Refused to let me speak to a mechanic and the person I was speaking to knew absolutely nothing about auto mechanics. Denied my safety recall for no reason but another dealership a week later said it would be no issue at all and that they get recalls that Jim white denied for no reason all the time. I will NEVER come back and I will make sure everyone I know avoids Jim white at all costs. More
Seems that you overbook the service department. I arrived at 4:20 for my 4:30 appointment. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes before asking if there was a problem.
