Poor communication with customers misdiagnosed problem than covering it up. Tried to convince me was my mistake. Have 40 plus years in equipment maintenance and customer service. Felt like I was taken adv than covering it up. Tried to convince me was my mistake. Have 40 plus years in equipment maintenance and customer service. Felt like I was taken advantage of and not given correct information. I would NEVER treat a customer this way. Midway through the repair I was given the choice of replacing the engine or buying another car. Than I was informed the enging in me car had a rod knocking this is utter nonsense. I have been servicing engine's for 40 years and kbow what a rod knock sounds like I felt Toyota was a dealer that could be trusted. As I am now getting older and not as abot to make these repairs I felt they could do it properly andtook the car to them. I was wrong and it will not happen again. My family have 4 Toyota's but this wilk be my last. More

Very happy with the service department & especially the person whom I dealt with - not sure of his name - was able to schedule appointment in a timely manner & the work was completed in less time than I ex person whom I dealt with - not sure of his name - was able to schedule appointment in a timely manner & the work was completed in less time than I expected (synthetic oil change). I received honest & important feedback regarding tire with a bad seal which I have since replaced by a friend who works at a tire place. They checked & filled all fluids & let me know about any issues that needed to be addressed (nothing but that one tire) More
