My 2000 Camry's piston blew approximately a 4 inch hole in the engine after it was out of warranty. My Jim White Toyota dealer replaced the engine for me! That cemented my relationship and your people continue to give outstanding service. Your relatively new employee in service department, Luis, came out to make sure I knew he would be texting progress on my car. Then when my car was ready, seeing that I walk with a cane, he brought my car up close to the bay for me to pick up! He is yet another outstanding employee representing your company!!
