They robbed me yesterday, January 24, 2022. I am so upset right now. I only went there for a recall and to look at my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and that the ones in the back need cleaning. He a right now. I only went there for a recall and to look at my brakes. They told me my brakes are fine and that the ones in the back need cleaning. He also told me that my water pump is leaking. My water pump is fine. He also asked me if I want them to take care of all the liquids in the car. I asked him how much would that cost and he told $99. I said go ahead. When I went to pick up my car the bill was $1233.32 … now you tell me if I am crazy. The recall was free, so they cleaned up my brackets in the back and changed the liquids and charged me over a thousand dollars. No way! Just because I have an accent and I am an immigrant you think you can take advantage of me? I am an honest American citizen and I have lived here over 26 years. I am so sad I have to write a bad review. Please hire honest people if you want to stay in business. Now I feel bad for all the customers who have been blindly robbed. More

Trying hard, but not hard enough. 2021 Sienna BACK in shop due to constantly weak/dead battery - battery had been replaced by same dealer weeks prior. After 3 days vehicle was ready - they had found loos shop due to constantly weak/dead battery - battery had been replaced by same dealer weeks prior. After 3 days vehicle was ready - they had found loose negative battery terminal. Left with vehicle and at next stop discovered battery terminal covers and battery compartment cover had not been reinstalled. Returned immediately to have covers installed AND ensure all lug nuts were tightened (they had also rotated tires). Ironically, recieved an email the next day offering "free installation with purchase of battery" - NO THANKS! More
