I came in needing a dead battery on the day before Easter. After many of the service people had gone home. Looks like they were ready to close up. There was only one person in the service area: Franni Easter. After many of the service people had gone home. Looks like they were ready to close up. There was only one person in the service area: Franni Rucks. She found someone to come in and change my battery (I don’t know his name). Franni was so helpful and cheerful. Didn’t make me feel like I was imposing upon them for making them stay later. And they were fast. I was out of there in 15-20 minutes. Five stars! More
The parts man working during Austin’s lunchtime was rude and unprofessional… He wasn’t going to give me a discount because it was just a few dollars off! Then, When I asked him if he could put the refill and unprofessional… He wasn’t going to give me a discount because it was just a few dollars off!
