I had my car towed for a flat tire. I also need an oil change and a recall. While on the lift my door was damaged. I would leave messages that weren’t returned and there seemed to be general attitude of not caring. No “we’re really sorry” or even just trying to keep me informed of the progress since they had the car a whole week. They offered loaner but expected my insurance to cover it even though the reason for the loaner to be needed was their mistake. More
