Dear Customer, You brought it to us for a reason. We have to pay our techs to do a diagnostic, which you agreed to before we even did the work. We recommended you change the air filter because it is full of leaves. Which you denied. The air filter is not a warrantable item, it is a wear and tear item. If the dealership where you had your oil change last, did their multi point inspection correctly, they would have told you that you needed to have your air filter changed. We most certainly understand your frustration and desire for the debris causing the noise complaint you came in for to be covered by the warranty. The warranty from Toyota Motor Corporation clearly states it does not cover outside forces, it covers mechanical issues. The leaves, twigs, etc. that were cleaned from your cabin air filter box is not covered.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Prices are clearly posted in the service drive as well as written on the RO the customer signs before any work is done. Customers keys are not taken until after the customer agrees to price and signs RO. We just did a market study of other Toyota dealerships in the area to find we are in line with oil change pricing. We apologize for inconvenience and confusion.

Then honor the price posted and don't change the price upon completion. And don't falsify information on your multipoint inspection to reflect user errors that are non existent.
