This is the second horrible review that I am giving the last time no one ever responded to me at all. when I went to the dealership to get my vehicle fixed they charged me $250 for an oil change and to che last time no one ever responded to me at all. when I went to the dealership to get my vehicle fixed they charged me $250 for an oil change and to check on a few items. when I went to leave the car was running very loud, which was the reason that I had paid to get the car diagnosed. the guys from the shop came out and sat in the car in the service aisle and tried adjusting the battery and revving the car while it was in park and then he said that there was nothing wrong with it. one month later my car’s check engine light is on and my battery has died three times when that was another thing I had asked them to check on. I’m so confused because they basically told me there was nothing wrong with my car and since seeing them all of this has happened. Last time I left a review no one ever called me back I’m almost done coming to the dealership completely. I don’t feel like they have my safety and best interest in mind. Very unhappy with my service and would truly like a refund for my last service. More

2nd time the impact wrench mechanics striped my tire studs. it also happened a year earlier and each time I was charged for additional labor & parts to fix YOUR issue. I'd like to have tires rotated a studs. it also happened a year earlier and each time I was charged for additional labor & parts to fix YOUR issue. I'd like to have tires rotated as recommended, but not with a gang of amateur mechanics. If this happens again, you'll get 1 star. More

Ignored my problem with my car, they told me system check showed no problem. They told to turn safety features off and continue to drive car.
