The reason for the visit was the sound coming from the emergency brake automaticly engaging when putting car in park. I wasn't aware this was normal for Toyota's from 2016 on. Nor was I told that when I emergency brake automaticly engaging when putting car in park. I wasn't aware this was normal for Toyota's from 2016 on. Nor was I told that when I brought the car in. It wasnt until after I had agree to pay for inspection - that I was informed of that. It would have been better to have been told that was"normal". And then asked if I still wanted the inspection. Not lead to believe I needed that to investigate the reason for the sound. More

Once again, the Service Department at Jim White Toyota has exceeded my expectations. My 4Runner was due for new brakes both front and back and I was told it would be done by 3pm. I received a phone call a has exceeded my expectations. My 4Runner was due for new brakes both front and back and I was told it would be done by 3pm. I received a phone call at 2 letting me know they were done early. Thank you to JP Matthews and Nick Schiavone for consistently providing excellent and timely service to my Toyotas. More

Corey was helpful and communicative throughout the entire purchasing process. I made three separate trips to the dealership before deciding on a vehicle and felt welcomed each time. I have a background in sales and completely understand how taxing it can be to hold a customer's hand through every step of a purchase.
