Terrible service here. First it was a $355 job to replace a stud and lug on tire as they said it was bent and needed special attention. 10 minutes after we said no he came back with a $170 price for some stupid reason. Again we said no. At the end he said they had a special tool and got it off and replaced it for $10 charge. I know they get commission so they try to scam people in. Why not pay them a decent wage so you don’t feel like they are trying to take advantage of you. Never again will we have anything to do with Jim White and we will tell everyone we see and know what a scam dealership this is. Lisa was going to get back with me after I talked to her on November 23 and she discussed this with the service manager and general manager. Never heard back from her either. Dealership with terrible customer service and no integrity. Shame on you and your staff
