I had an appointment for Recall Fox at 10am. I was told it would take 2 hours. At 1pm, I called and asked about status. I was told my truck was just being pulled in for service. Maybe I should have been told that, as they screwed my plans for the day. Terrible!!! Only gave 2 stars because of Mike Beutel’s customer service and they completed the job. More

My truck is still leaking oil. My skid plate wasn’t installed after the oil change. I don’t think there was even an oil leak diagnostic performed though I paid for it.
