Jim White Toyota did not live up to an offer mailed to customers. I received a coupon for 10 percent off the price of three items needed done to my 2013 Sienna. I made an appt for new tires, ( which was one item on the list) presenting the coupon when I arrived. While waiting for the car I was told the coupon was only good up to $100. The cost of tires was $1400. Later, I was offered a lube, oil and filter for free instead of the discount. That would be LESS than $100.! Holding my ground, they gave me the $100. off but not the coupon value promised. I have been a devoted customer for more than 20 years with my Sienna vans. I am very disappointed in the changes apparent in Toyota management as of late!

With $800 tires, that really isn’t a good enough response. I complained last time about my frustrations and was given the same response. Clearly, nothing was actually done about it.

Took my car in for specific car repair 3 times. I was billed over $1500 for work completed 2 different times but the specific work it was brought in for was never addressed. So sad. Such poor customer service. The 3rd time the attempt to address the specific issue the estimate was for over $1900 but was not guaranteed this would fix the repair needed. An official letter of complaint was sent to the manager. No response ever received back. Guess that says it all and there was nothing else to say from them. Have been a loyal customer for years. Really poor customer service! I will not be returning for any service work. Since then I have gone to a very reputable auto mechanic and the issue is now fixed. The cost was way less than the two and almost 3rd estimate. Really too sad!!
