Brought our 2020 highlander in for service. I was promptly greated by Alan. He was very attentive and explained the costs before I left. During the inspection they took the time to check my filters. I was in need of a new air filter(it was very dirty). The entire service was finished before I could even finish breakfast. Alan greeted me as soon as I returned and explained everything and even went through my inspection. I did not expect such a VIP treatment for just a normal service. Won't be going anywhere else for my service. More
Had an appt. at 1 pm, and they took my car back on time. Friendly service people. Got an oil change, ture rotation,and nee interior filters. You didn’t live up to your mailed coupon offer. I am very disappointed in Toyota! I have been a customer for at least 20 years. and have never had a bad experience until recently. You have always been honest with me and I have never had anything but the kindest and over-the-top service but recently that has all changed! Maybe you are hurting financially, but not honoring a coupon mailed to customers destroys the trust in your service. Getting calls offering early service for a discount at sky high prices reduces you to the tactics of other desperate companies! I am SO disappointed. More

I think I keep getting screws in my tire on your property. This is the second time. First they foubd it and this time I did after returning home. My headlights are always turned off when I get my ca property. This is the second time. First they foubd it and this time I did after returning home. My headlights are always turned off when I get my car back and it is without warning me. So I start driving thinking they are on and they aren’t. This time I also have two of my tire air caps missing. I am not very impressed and highly considering going to either another service company all together or a different Toyota dealer. I was also told when I bought my car that a borrower car would be available but I have never had this service offered and when I do ask, none are available. More

Took my car in for specific car repair 3 times. I was billed over $1500 for work completed 2 different times but the specific work it was brought in for was never addressed. So sad. The 3rd time the attenp to addrress the specific issue the estimate was for $1900 but was not guaranteed this would fix the repair needed. Really poor customer service. I will not be returning. Since then I have gone to a very reputable auto mechanic and the issue is fixed. More
