Quoted 6 hours of labor for my repair. Called after a week and was told they haven’t received payment from my insurance however accounting verified they had. Called back ANOTHER week later and they guy told me they haven’t received payment, again accounting verified they had 13 days prior. On the same call he told me my truck was done and has been done for some time. Not a single phone call. Not a text. I had to pay for a rental for over a week while my truck was done. Crazy how it went from “we don’t have payment and can’t start” to “it’s done and been done” in the same phone call. When I went to pick up my truck, nick was very helpful. I will never come here again or buy another car here. I was charged 140 for "diagnostic" for a Bluetooth. They did a computer upgrade and said the problem was my phone.
