Good in a pinch I only visited this location because they have walk in oil changes. I wouldn't go for any other reason. I took my 2013 Toyota Tundra for inspection of a vibration. The 1st visit resulted in a tire balance - it's fixed they said and I disagree. While it may be true that the wheels were out of balance ( vibration. The 1st visit resulted in a tire balance - it's fixed they said and I disagree. While it may be true that the wheels were out of balance (probably true) however I have a powertrain vibration that can be felt on the steering wheel, the gas pedal and floor of the vehicle. The second visit they reported that the vibration was caused by incorrect tires. The tires were not the ones that came on the truck but were installed by a Toyota dealer and taken from another Tundra (I wanted different rims and am of the opinion the Michelins I received were better than the Bridgestones that were removed). Natasha said I needed to buy (out of pocket) a set of Bridgestones to fix the problem (remember, this is a new truck with >6000 mi on it with 30k warranty left). To say this was an attempt at a deception would be a gross understatement, this was an attempt to STEAL by deception. Stay away from this place, they will rob you blind. More
