I have never been so disappointed in a situation. Don was great selling us the car, but the car died after a month with total engine loss. This was a known issue by Ford for this year of car. I get that we should have bought a warranty, but Don assured us the car was in great shape and we did not have the extra funds to spend on the warranty. When we told them the entire engine was shot, and this was a known issue, they said "too bad." No offer to help on another vehicle, no offer to work with us, nothing. This car was for my pregnant daughter and they could care less. They just kept saying it was sold as is and too bad. Yes, you did the "legal" thing but you sure didn't do the humane thing. Lesson learned. Never buy a Ford Escape from 2017, never buy from this dealership unless you buy the entire warranty and expect to get taken. More
