I'm thankful that they fixed my car. Ok.. they need to add a loaner program as well as courtesy services to make new customers feel appreciated and want to become repeat customers. Corey did a great job of anticipating my needs and letting me know he type of car I wanted, a Prius, was available. My parents had worked with him for years with their own vehicle purchases and it wa letting me know he type of car I wanted, a Prius, was available. My parents had worked with him for years with their own vehicle purchases and it was great continuing on the tradition. Part of the deal was me just happening to be at the right place at the right time, but I would not have known about the opportunity to get this car if Corey hadn’t gotten to know me better in passing to get my older Prius repaired.
