Mike was great! We have bought two cars from this Mike at this dealership and would buy from again. Problem is with Toyota's lack of color selection. Would appreciate more vehicles to inspect and test drive, the point of a dealership. Turnaround is high for Toyota's vehicles but just wishful for more vehicles in the lots. Stopped in three times and asked to call me when a RAV with a gasoline engine would come in to test drive. Never once a call back. Actually I think they just have so much business they don't care. Bought there before and had good service but I am not going to beg. I'll go out to Yark and see if I get better results. Business will change and i won't forget the way I was treated. Will give my cash elsewhere. More
