I presented to Jim White Toyota with the hopes of trading in my 2022 Lexus RX 350. Upon arriving I was pleased to meet Pam Lugari. I began to tell her that I needed to obtain a vehicle with a lower car p in my 2022 Lexus RX 350. Upon arriving I was pleased to meet Pam Lugari. I began to tell her that I needed to obtain a vehicle with a lower car payment, as I was recently divorced and was struggling to keep the Lexus. Pam was so upbeat and positive that she could get me into a car with a lower payment. I was skeptical and honest with her about my credit. Pam stated that she had the perfect car in mind for me. Pam was understanding of my situation and was successful in assisting me with this task. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Camry Hybrid. It was exactly the color I wanted and had everything I needed. In the end, I cannot say enough good things about everyone that I dealt with, from Pam Lugari, to Rahman West to Vinnie Schiavone. Each and every one of you assisted me and surprised me with the utmost best Customer Service that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Jim White Toyota as the Dealership to see!!! More
