Treated like GOLD! When we were at Yark, pricing on paper couldn't be explained, acted irritated because i asked for the advertised lease amt..once i told them my husband would be financing the car, they pretty much ignored me even though I would be driving the car and was the one asking questions..negotiating, etc. When we wanted to wait and sign the papers the next day because it was 830 and our kids had school the next day. The sales person had a hissy fit and disappeared..the finance manager introduced himself to my husband, apparently because he was financing the deal. I put my hand out and introduced myself. They made me feel like a nag for asking questions and wanting to know about the price and the details of the deal even though I was the one who would be driving the new car. Mind you, I haven't had a new car in 9 years, a new car would be purchased, unfortunately, not from them. The salesperson said well, it could be gone tomorrow, i said well i guess we'll take that chance, he said he was unable to hold it even w a deposit. I said o and we proceeded to leave, then he came back w a couple papers for my husband to sign to hold the car. We had every intention of coming back the next day until I made it a point to walk up to the salesman, shake his hand and said see you tomorrow around 430, he said, that doesn't matter, i just need your husband here to sign papers. We walked out, the salesman following behind us, not one word from him saying see you tomorrow, have a good night, moreso just pouting because he didn't close the deal. For someone who's been doing sales.for 23.years, this behavior seemed odd. So, the next day, I contacted the sales person at Jim White, she said she could do better on pricing, and she did...waaaay better and without attitude! We have been buying our cars from another local dealer for 15 years..once I dealt with Jim White, they'll be getting our business now. I loooove my car and the whole experience was seamless and enjoyable and positive! More

I took my 2013 Toyota Tundra for inspection of a vibration. The 1st visit resulted in a tire balance - it's fixed they said and I disagree. While it may be true that the wheels were out of balance ( vibration. The 1st visit resulted in a tire balance - it's fixed they said and I disagree. While it may be true that the wheels were out of balance (probably true) however I have a powertrain vibration that can be felt on the steering wheel, the gas pedal and floor of the vehicle. The second visit they reported that the vibration was caused by incorrect tires. The tires were not the ones that came on the truck but were installed by a Toyota dealer and taken from another Tundra (I wanted different rims and am of the opinion the Michelins I received were better than the Bridgestones that were removed). Natasha said I needed to buy (out of pocket) a set of Bridgestones to fix the problem (remember, this is a new truck with >6000 mi on it with 30k warranty left). To say this was an attempt at a deception would be a gross understatement, this was an attempt to STEAL by deception. Stay away from this place, they will rob you blind. More
