Thankful for the care. I had recently went to another dealership to have a noise on my '18 Corolla looked at. I was feeling discouraged, but knew that I had to have it looked at by someone who seemed as concerned as I was that my brand new car was making a noise. Greggory Schramm at Jim White Toyota did just that. He expressed the same concern as me and went above and beyond to look into the problem. Greg even set me up with a loaner car for the day so I could complete my errands while they could investigate. Just overall thankful and grateful for the great customer service. More

You Can’t Go Wrong with Cory (A++ Customer Service) Highly recommend working with Cory Schenher at Jim White Toyota on any new or used car purchase. I’ve started deals with him over the phone out of sta Highly recommend working with Cory Schenher at Jim White Toyota on any new or used car purchase. I’ve started deals with him over the phone out of state and then been in and out in 15 minutes to complete the deal at the dealership. He makes everything easy. He is the consumate professional before, during and even after the sale is complete. By way of example, I purchased a certified pre-owned truck from him several years ago. The truck got a flat in the middle of a crazy snow/ice storm. Being unfamiliar with the truck, I couldn’t find the jack to change the tire. I texted Cory while he was at a concert (unbeknowst to me) and he immediately responded and took care of the problem. Cory drove out changed the tire and brought the vehicle to our house the next morning... that’s dedication. Whatever you’ve heard or whatever negative pre-conceived notions you may have about car salesmen... they absolutely do not apply to Corey. We currently have 8 Toyota’s in our immediate family.
