2010 Toyota 4Runner I had kind of an odd situation. I purchased this vehicle a little while ago and when I went to change the oil for the first time I noticed the screws I had kind of an odd situation. I purchased this vehicle a little while ago and when I went to change the oil for the first time I noticed the screws to remove the oil filter were stripped. Therefore I couldn't change it. I went back to the dealership since they were the last ones to change it to find out if either one they had never change the oil filter or two they were the ones who stripped the screw and just left it in there. I found out that they were the ones that stripped the screw. I simply wanted them to change the screw so I could go ahead and change my oil filter but they basically told me I was out of luck at first. It wasn't until I got upset and then my sales associate Pam went above and beyond and got this taken care of for me. I'm glad that they took care of this for me now but I'm frustrated that it was such a hassle just to get a 50 Cent screw replaced when I purchased 8 cars in the past. I will still continue to go here just hopefully I don't have this much trouble in the future. More

We take pictures and they say their going to send them to Toyota call me Monday or Tuesday I get to Thursday no call I reach out guy is on vacation go figure no pictures sent so they resend and call two days later saying not covered and nothing they can do . So I call mY sales guy to tell him I want to turn in lease I don’t want this car if it’s going to rust with 31,000 miles on it I still have not got a call back my father in law has gotten 2 new trucks from there a used one from there and I leased mine with intent to buy it out and get a new pick up not anymore no call from sales guy and won’t take care of faulty paint job More
