Have only made an appointment when I had major service- each 30,000 miles. Had Keith(who is very nice) tell me soonest oil change and tire rotation was the following Friday at 7:30am. I don’t know about you, but oil changes are done everywhere, without an appointment. It’s a commodity. Toyota in Maumee has “express” oil changes, as does the Honda dealer next door to Jim White Toyota. This was my 14th oil change on this car, at Jim White, and I can promise it will be my last. I will still do major service here— I bought the car here and have no issue with the service department, but I will not make another 7:30am appointment eight days ahead of time. Management should figure out how to accommodate drop-ins. I probably passed ten places on my way home that know how to do this. It’s not that hard. More
