The service guy lied about doing tire rotation I had an appointment for tire rotation & oil change. I had numbered my tires so that i know the tires were rotated. After the work was done, i was tol I had an appointment for tire rotation & oil change. I had numbered my tires so that i know the tires were rotated. After the work was done, i was told everything was take care of & checked out fine. But the tires had not been rotated. I asked the service people if they did, they said yes. I confronted them & then they gave me poor excuses for not rotating the tires. No integrity. Fooling the customers. Extremely angry at the service center. More

Zero communication Parts ordered are sometimes not ordered and when they come into the dealership, nobody calls you to tell you they are in/schedule an appointment.
