I came in needing a dead battery on the day before Easter. After many of the service people had gone home. Looks like they were ready to close up. Didn’t make me feel like I was imposing upon them for making them stay later. And they were fast. I was out of there in 15-20 minutes. Five stars! More

The parts man working during Austin’s lunchtime was rude and unprofessional… He wasn’t going to give me a discount because it was just a few dollars off! My only complaint is our vehicle we bought smelled horribly of cigarette smoke that had been masked when we test drove and we didn't realize until getting the vehicle home. It was never mentioned to us that the vehicle had been smoked in and now we're left dealing with trying to get the smoke smell out of our new car. Overall, we had a good experience, but wish they were upfront about the smoke smell. More
