Luckily, I met with Pam at Jim White Toyota. Pam was absolutely a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my concerns. At first, Pam was hesitant because of my budget, but she didn’t back down. She quickly found me a car that had just been brought in—a perfect fit for what I was looking for. She worked tirelessly to get everything in order and had the car ready for me within just a working day. What really stood out to me was that Pam was working on her birthday. She could have easily taken the day off, but she chose to stay and assist me through every step of the process. I truly appreciate her commitment and effort. Pam went above and beyond to help me find the right one. It’s only been two days with my new Subaru, but I’m absolutely thrilled with her choice.
