By far the worst end to end experience at a dealership. Service department was not knowledgeable, didn’t return calls or texts, and didn’t complete the agreed upon work. After dropping off car for service we decided to look at new cars. With a 16 year old at home, we are looking for a new car. Salesperson insulted my wife when she asked to test drive a car. She was getting excited about the car and naturally moving through the sales process. The sales rep was disinterested and said that we need Make sure that we can afford the car. Lol. We are both executives and had enough money in our checking account to pay cash and not skip a beat. I’ve never seen a sales person stop a sale from happening but maybe that’s a new strategy that k am aware of. Will never come back. More

Dealer took 3 weeks to repair a rattle in my dash - brand new 2025 Explorer. When finally returned they had used all of my gas leaving 9 miles of fuel when I got the keys back. 1/2 tank when I dropped it off new 2025 Explorer. When finally returned they had used all of my gas leaving 9 miles of fuel when I got the keys back. 1/2 tank when I dropped it off. The exterior of the car was filthy and covered with pine needles as they had stored it outside under pine trees and made no attempt to clean it up before delivery back to me. Finally, it smelled as if the maintenance person was a smoker and the whole inside of my brand new car smells like a musty smelly smokers house. This is a company car and I have no choice but to continue working with this service department, but I would not have my personal car serviced here. More

Customer service was poor. Sent text, voicemail, no reply. Called, put on hold for awhile.
