Twice now I have scheduled service with Tidwell Ford and requested they look at/diagnose a fault that started literally the day after I bought my brand new Ranger from them. Twice now that they have not lo requested they look at/diagnose a fault that started literally the day after I bought my brand new Ranger from them. Twice now that they have not looked at the fault. And today the service advisor told me for them to diagnose anything they need to have the truck at least 24-48 hours. This is unacceptable! The first time I scheduled service they had over a week notice that the truck would be in their possession all day and they could not schedule an hour to diagnose anything problem! The second time there was not as much notice given but they could have had the truck for half a day and at this point should have been well aware of the need for diagnostics since they did not get to it 4 months ago at the first service appointment. Loved the purchase experience but hate the service experience! More
