This has been the worst experience with a dealer I've ever had. I dropped off my 2020 Ford Mustang at Jim Tidwell Ford dealership on January 27 2025 to fix a transmission problem that, thankfully, was st ever had. I dropped off my 2020 Ford Mustang at Jim Tidwell Ford dealership on January 27 2025 to fix a transmission problem that, thankfully, was still covered under the warranty. Today is February 14, 2025 and they still haven't fixed my car. In fact, according to the Customer Serrvice Rep, they didn't start working on my car until Wednesday February 12, 2025 even though they received the parts on Monday February 3, 2025. The explanation they offer is a canned response thanking me for my patience, how they only have 2 mechanics, and how they hope to get it fixed by the end of the week-next week. 1 month after dropping off the car. Don't expect them to call with an update or an estimated finish date, because they don't have one. Personally, I believe I was pushed to the side in favor of fixing other cars because I got upset that at week 3, with all parts needed in stock, my car still isn't ready. I hope to be reunited with my Mustang at some point. I will NEVER again go to Jim Tidwell Ford dealership, ever, for anything. I urge you to do the same lest you suffer the same fate. More

Josh Bass is a phenomenal service manager. He took the time to explain to us what was going on with our daughter’s truck ( 2013 F150 Ecoboost). We have learned a lot about this vehicle, what to expect as well best practices to ensure a long lifespan for this truck. Josh answered the phone and/or called us back every single time! We were very nervous at first and wasn’t certain of the outcome but it was excellent customer service and communication that helped us through the whole process. Excellent customer service is a rarity nowadays but Josh provided just that. To be completely honest, he’s the reason we will continue to come to Jim Tidwell to service our vehicles. More
