We worked with Ty and he was fantastic! Very kind and professional. He had the car we wanted to test drive ready and waiting for us as soon as we got to the dealership. I’ve brought my 2020 Escape here for all of my scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and for recall service. I regret that I can’t give more than three stars, but my last trip to the service department was le maintenance, oil changes, and for recall service. I regret that I can’t give more than three stars, but my last trip to the service department was less than exemplary. I made an appointment on Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, for a 60K maintenance package, in addition to a company issued recall (an issue with the front passenger door). My appointment was for 9:30am. At 4 p.m., the service department called to inform me that work had not yet started on my car (when I left it in the morning, I was asked if I would wait for it; I’m glad I didn’t). I went back and got the car because I needed it for the weekend. The CSR made me an appointment for Monday morning, Jan. 6. Why make appointments? I’m pleased with the actual work done on the car, but not with the poor scheduling. More
