I worked in the car business for over 8 years in every position up to sales manager! Recently i was staying in my North GA house for the summer and the rear window failed on my truck. With it raining every day, i was not happy that the water was coming in my truck. I called the local ford dealer because it was under warranty. They told me it would be Thursday before they could get me in. They also told me they had a truck with a similar issue and they had been working on it for over 3 weeks with it reoccurring! Luckily i had Justin's Cell number a Jim Tidwell, I sent him a text Saturday afternoon. His reply was amazing, Get here Monday morning and i will fit you in. We have fixed a lot of these. I got there at 9 am and they had my truck fixed and back to me in less than 3 hours. In the car business this is unheard of, let alone from one of the biggest dealerships around. It was never wait on us, it was more let me see how fast and high we can jump to make you happy. Well Justin and the other service employees at Jim Tidwell did just that!
